摘要
在转子几何特性及回流研究的基础上 ,从变质量多相系统的热力学特性角度 ,建立了一套描述双螺杆多相流混输泵内部工作机理的控制方程。通过对多相流混输泵内部工作过程的模拟 ,分析了含气率、回流损失、流量。
A new mathematical model of multiphase pump working process is proposed according to the energy and mass equilibrium. On basis of this model, simulated results are analyzed with focus on the relationship of back-flow, differential pressure, power consumption and gas void fraction.
