摘要
以准确量化喷油的影响为重点对喷油螺杆压缩机工作过程进行了研究。除了建立工作腔内压缩气体的热力学模型外 ,着重分析了油在工作腔内的运动及分布状况 ,并在此基础上建立了反映喷油影响的数学模型。为了验证数学模型 ,除了进行常规的热力性能参数及P -V图测试外 ,还利用现代激光测量装置 ,对喷油雾化效果、油在工作腔内的运动及分布状况等进行了观察、测试。
Besides establishment of a thermodynamic model, oil movement and distribution within the compression chamber is analyzed, and a model quantifying the influence of oil injection is built up. Performance parameters of a prototype compressor are measured and the P-V diagram is recorded. Furthermore, a laser-measuring instrument PIV is used to investigate the atompzation of oil injection, oil movement and distribution. Finally, application of the research results to the design of oil-injeted compressor is introduced.
