Strength Calculating Methods of Flexible Splines

摘要 分析了挠性花键联接由于轴毂不同轴度所引起的微振磨损对花键寿命的影响。并将此定量地引入花键联接的强度计算中,给出了低同心精度花键联接的强度计算方法。 In this paper,a strength calculating method of misaligned splines having clearance between mating members to allow for misalig nment is presented The effect of misalignment that causes mating tooth surface rub together and had to fretting or gross profile erosion are analyzed.
