绝经前乳腺癌患者化疗前应用诺雷德对月经来潮的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨绝经前乳腺癌患者术后辅助化疗前应用诺雷德对月经来潮的影响。方法对确诊为乳腺癌并有维持正常月经要求的绝经前女性患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,比较两组患者化疗后的月经来潮情况。结果 24例绝经前乳腺癌患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗组、对照组的月经来潮率分别为83.33%、50%,两组间差异P值小于0.05有统计学意义。结论化学治疗可导致患者出现月经紊乱,化疗前应用诺雷德可满足患者维持正常月经的要求。
