摘要
简述了我国四家钢轨生产厂的重轨生产状况。重点介绍了武钢重轨生产技术现状及未来发展趋势，采用化学成分控制技术、夹杂物控制技术、脱碳层控制技术、表面质量控制技术、外形尺寸控制技术、平直度控制技术来保证钢轨钢质纯净度、外形尺寸精度、平直度、实物质量及机械性能等。提出钢轨重型化、工艺现代化、品种系列化、产品国际化、长尺热处理、开发耐蚀轨的重轨发展新方向。
This article sketched heavy rail production of four steel rail manufacturers in China. It focused on the current situation and future development trend of heavy rail production technology in WISCO. The purity, dimensional precision, flatness, physical quality and mechanical properties of rail steel can be ensured by using some technologies such as chemical composition control, inclusion control, decarburized layer control, surface quality control, size control, flatness control. New development directions of heavy rail were put forward as follows： heavy-duty steel rail, technology modernization, varieties systematization, product internationalization, long on-line heat treatment, the development of corrosion resistant rail at the end of the article.
