摘要
目的分析探讨体外肺膜对重症肺炎的治疗疗效和有效的护理方法。方法选取该院收治的3例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,对其采用体外肺膜治疗,观察患者的生命体征并做好病情评估,积极采取有效的护理手段加强对管道护理、呼吸道护理、病区环境的管理,还需密切关注出血等并发症状。结果 1例患者因原发性疾病不能治愈死亡,其余2例患者治愈康复。结论对应用体外肺膜重症肺炎患者进行严密监测和有效护理是成功治愈的有效保证。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of pulmonary membrane in vitro on severe pneumonia and related effective nursing method. Methods 3 cases of patients with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects and treated by pulmonary membrane in vitro. The vital signs of the patients were observed and the disease was evaluated. Effective nursing measures were positively adopted to strengthen the management of tube nursing, respiratory tract nursing and the environ- ment of ward, and bleeding and other symptoms should be paid close attention. Results 1 patient died of the primary disease which could not be cure＇d; the other 2 patients were cured and recovered. Conclusion Strict monitoring and effective nursing are effective guarantees of successfully curing the patients with severe pneumonia treated by pulmonary membrane in vitro.
