小型分光光度计应用于天然牙及其牙龈的色彩评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用一种新的小型分光光度计型比色仪对上前牙区天然牙的牙体颜色及牙龈色进行分析,为临床比色提供参考依据。方法测量上颌前牙区(3-3)天然牙数52颗,通过比色仪器采集图片并输入计算机,测量每个目标牙切1/3、体1/3、颈1/3和牙龈共计4个位点的CIELab表色参数,建立数据库进行相关分析。结果上颌前牙区颜色参数值分布呈左右同名牙对称分布,不同牙位其颜色参数分布趋势相同;中切牙体部明度最高,尖牙颈部色相偏红黄且饱和度最大。牙龈色呈左右对称无明显差异。结论该分光光度计型比色仪所测数据表明上前牙牙色及龈色分布具有规律性和特征性,可作为临床修复比色的参考依据。 Objective The aim of the present study was to evaluate the color of natural teeth and gingival in anterior maxillary using a new spectrophotometer. Methods Thirty four patients with 52 healthy natural teeth and gingival in anterior maxillary were recruited. The color at four positions of each tooth( incisal 1/3, bodyl/3, cervical 1/3 and gingival)were assessed using a spectrophotometer in CIELab coordinates. Results All the color coordinates for teeth and gingival were in right-left symmetric distribution by the central incisors and the distribution was in the same mode at each tooth. The body part of the central incisor had the highest L value and the cervical part of the canine had the highest a,b value. No statistical difference was found among positions regarding the gingival color. Conclusion The color coordinates of teeth and gingival in anterior maxillary area show a regular and characteristic distribution,which could be taken as clinical reference.
