摘要
目的探讨薄型帽状瓷贴面的临床应用效果。方法收集2011年10月至2012年5月于华西口腔医院修复科就诊,要求前牙美容修复的患者20例共32颗前牙,通过改良设计包绕型瓷贴面的切端,临床观察其良好的美学和固位效果,进行薄型帽状瓷贴面修复。随访观察一年,采用美国CDA标准进行评价修复效果。结果 20例患者修复1年后贴面完整、颜色匹配,边缘适合,术后敏感及牙龈炎症的自我评价满意率与医生专业评价满意率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论薄型帽状瓷贴面对前牙美学修复具有重要临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical application efficacy of thin cap-like porcelain laminate veneer. Methods Twenty patients with 32 teeth were accepted the cosmetic prosthesis for anterior teeth with thin cap-like PLV between Oct 2011 and May 2012 in the West China College of Stomatology, Sichuan University. The patients were followed up for one year. The final aesthetic effect was evaluated by the American CDA standard. Results No difference between the satisfaction rate of self-evaluation and doctor professional evaluation was found in integrity, colour match, adaptability, postoperative sensitivity and gingival inflammation. Conclusion Thin cap-like PLV for anterior teeth aesthetic prosthesis has an important clinical significance
