摘要
目的总结用无肝素血液透析抢救肾衰竭并活动性出血患者经验。方法 42例肾衰竭并活动性出血患者在内科常规治疗基础上,应用无肝素血液透析。结果本组患者中有40例临床治愈,2例家属放弃治疗。结论无肝素血液透析是抢救肾衰竭并活动性出血患者的有效手段。
Objective To summarize the use of heparin free hemodialysis rescue renal failure and bleeding patients experience. Methods 42 cases of renal failure and bleeding patients in the Department of internal medicine on conventional therapy,Applica- tion of non heparin hemodialysis.Results 40 cases were cured, 2 cases died.Conclusion heparin free hemodialysis rescue renal failure and bleeding in patients with effective means.
