摘要
目的 :探讨健脾滋肾活血方对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法 :对符合诊断的80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例,两组患者均给以口服降糖药常规治疗,治疗组给以口服健脾滋肾活血方,每次200 mL,每天3次,对照组给以口服阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg,每天1次,两组连续治疗3个月。结果 :治疗组治疗后糖尿病患者的血脂、血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性均明显改善,对照组无明显变化,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 :健脾滋肾活血方能改善2型糖尿病患者的脂代谢紊乱、提高胰岛素敏感性,从而对2型糖尿病患者的慢性血管并发症有较好的预防和治疗作用。
Objective ： To study the influence of Jianpi Zishen Huoxue Decoction on type 2 diabetics concerning blood sugar, blood-fat and insulin sensitivity. Methods ： 80 qualified patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into 2 groups. 40 of them were treatment group while the rest were regarded as control group. Besides both team still took the oral hypoglycemic agents as a daily treatment, patients in the treatment group took Jianpi Zishen Huoxue Decoction orally,200 mL per time and 3 times per day. Patients in the control group orally took aspirin enteric-coated metforrnin hydrochloride, 100 mL per time and once a day in three months in a row. Results ： Compared with the control group, the conditions of patients in terms of blood fat, blood sugar, fasting insulin as well as the insulin sensitivity have been improved greatly and the significant difference p was less than 0.05 comparing the two groups. Conclusion ： Jianpi Zishen Huoxue Decoction can better relieve the lipid metabolism disorders in type 2 diabetes patients and improve insulin sensitivity, and can consequently contribute to prevention and treating effects on chronic vascular complications in type 2 diabetes patients.
