摘要
高血压病是最常见的心血管疾病,当属中医的"眩晕""头痛""中风"等范畴,发病与肝肾有密切关系。中医对高血压病的认识多由肝肾相关理论进行阐述,该文具体从肝肾的病理改变以及肝肾阴阳失调对高血压病的病因病机进行探讨,为临床治疗高血压病提供理论依据。
Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease and should be vested in traditional Chinese medicine vertigo, headaches, stroke and other areas. The pathogenesis of hypertension has a close relationship with liver and kidney. TCM awareness of hypertension is explained largely by the related theories of liver and kidney. This paper specifically discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension from pathological changes of the liver and kidney as well as the liver and kidney yin and yang imbalance and provided theoretical basis for clinical treatment of hypertension.
