摘要
基于采用自由空间光互连的光电多芯片组件结构 ,依据其中所采用光学器件的物理性能的约束条件 ,对可以采用的不同物理布局算法进行了研究 .在此基础上 ,提出一种新的互连布局算法 ,并对采用该算法进行计算机模拟的结果进行了讨论 .
Based on analyzing the performances of several different layout algorithms for free space optical interconnection, we propose a new kind of interconnection layout algorithm. Results of computer simulation with our layout algorithms are discussed.
