摘要
目的：探析中西医结合疗法治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法：50例卵巢性不孕的患者共155个周期接受了中西医结合治疗,月经周期5~9 d口服克罗米芬50 mg/d。同时服用自拟的促卵泡汤及促排卵汤,用B超测卵泡,当优势卵泡平均直径≥18 mm时,肌内注射HCG 10000 U促排卵。结果：排卵率79.4%,妊娠率为76%,未破裂卵泡黄素化发生率9.0%。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗不孕症有良好疗效。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of treatment of infertility by combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods ： 50 cases of ovarian infertility patients with a total of 155 cycles were treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine. Menstruation 5-9 day they took clomiphene citrate 50 mg/d.At the same time Luanpao Decoction and promoting ovulation decoction were used. With B ultrasound follicle test, when the average diameter of the dominant follicle ≥18 mm, intramuscular injection of HCG 10000 U in ovulation induction. Results： The ovulation rate was 79.4%. The pregnancy rate was 76%. The lutcinized unrnptured follicle was 9%. Conclusion： Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine has better curative effect in treatment of infertility.
