摘要
科技项目管理与生产项目管理是企业管理工作中两项重要内容,两者既有共同点又存在较大的差异,科技项目管理工作有其自身的特点与难点,为了有效地开展科技项目管理工作,推动企业的技术进步,改变目前常规的科技项目管理方式,通过科技项目管理创新课题的研究与开发,构建了"科技项目协同管理系统"模型,并在此基础上开发了科技项目协同管理信息系统(STPMIS),实现了科技项目的信息化管理,本文对科技项目协同管理工作进行了初步的探讨。
As two important parts of enterprise management, sci-tech project management and production project management share common grounds. But at the same time, there are significant differences between them. Sci-tech project management has its own characteristics and difficulties. In order to effectively implement sci-tech project management, promote technological progress of the enterprise and change the conventional sci-tech project management mode, the enterprise has established“Sci-tech Project Collaborative Management System”model through research and development of sci-tech project management innovation subject. And on that basis, STPMIS （Sci-tech Project Management Information System） has been developed and thus information management for sic-tech project has been realized. This thesis carries out preliminary exploration on sci-tech project collaborative management.
