摘要
以MC6 8HC90 8JP32单片机作为油加热器系统的控制核心 ,采用神经元控制方法 ,调节加热器的电压 ,达到控制导热油温度的目的 ,同时检测加热器的电流、电压。该系统控制精度高 ,可靠性强 。
This paper adopts MC68HC908JP32 single chip micro computer as control core of system, and adopts single nerve cell PID control method, which can accurately control heating oil's temperature, at the same time, supervise and measure the electric current、voltage of the oil heater. Control precision and reliability of this system is high and it is running well in practice.
