摘要
水利部颁发的《小水电水能设计规程》中规定"中小河流水能理论蕴藏量与可开发量应用多年平均电能和出力两个指标表示",其中用出力表示水能理论蕴藏量在实际使用中,出现了水能实际开发量大于理论蕴藏量等难以理解的现象,出现这种现象的主要原因在于对能量单位和功率单位的混淆使用。文章中作者通过对能量和功率单位对比,以实际工作中使用事例讨论了水能理论蕴藏量与可开发量的正确表示表方法。
Ministry of Water Resources issued a “small hydropower design procedures” provides “small rivers and water reserves can be developed for many years and an average power output two indicators”,which means that the water reserves with output in actual use ,greater than theoretical development are difficult to under-stand the phenomenon,the main reason for this phenomenon lies in the energy units and power units to con-fuse use.This Article through comparison of energy and power units to the actual work using and discussed water reserves can be developed with the correct representation of the table method.
