摘要
介绍了船舶轴系动态校中技术的应用现状,并结合沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司设计建造的某大型民用船舶上所采用的轴系状态实时监测系统,阐述了轴系动态校中技术在该型船舶建造过程中的应用情况;同时文章还对该船试航过程中的监测情况进行了较为详细的说明,阐述了轴系动态校中技术对提高轴系校中质量和轴系运行可靠性的作用。
This paper introduces the status quo of dynamic marine shaft alignment technology applications, and elaborates the application of this technology during ship construction by using the real time shaft status monitoring system onboard some large commercial vessel built by Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd.;and explains in detail the monitoring results during sea trial, to elaborate the effect of dynamic shaft alignment technology in improving shaft alignment quality and operating reliability.
