摘要
目的探讨血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗慢性肾衰竭高磷血症的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的60例慢性肾衰竭高磷血症的患者,随机分为HD组、HD+HP组,各30例。对两组患者采取相应的治疗方式,并对其疗效进行观察。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者血Scr、BUN、P、iPTH均有明显改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与HD组相比较,HD+HP组患者血Scr、BUN、P、iPTH改善更明显,两者间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在升高血Ca2+方面,与治疗前相比较,两组患者治疗后其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且与HD组相比,HD+HP组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对患有慢性肾衰竭伴高磷血症的患者来说,采取血液透析联合血液灌流的治疗方式,能将尿毒症的毒素进行有效的清除,显著减低iPTH,使患者的相关临床症状得到明显的改善。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on hyperphosphatemia in patients with chronic renal failure .Methods 60 chronic renal failure patients with hyper-phosphatemia selected in our hospital on May 2011-2013 were randomly divided into HD group and HD＋HP group,30 cases in each one.Two groups of patients were taken the appropriate treatment ,and the therapeutic effects were observed .Results In the aspect of reducing Scr ,BUN,P,iPTH ,both groups had statistically signifi-cant （ P〈0 .05 ） after treatment .Compared with the HD group ,the difference of HD＋HP group was statistical-ly significant （ P〈0 .05 ） .In the aspect of elevating blood Ca2＋,no significant were found in both groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.Compared with the HD group ,the difference of HD＋HP group was not statistically sig-nificant （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion According to the chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia ,the-modialysis hemoperfusion combined treatment can effectively remove uremic toxin , significantly reduce iPTH , and apparently improve the patient＆#39;s clinical symptoms .
