摘要
在微波辐射下 ,壳聚糖与氯甲苯在相转移催化剂和NaOH水溶液中能迅速地发生反应 ,生成相应的O -苯甲基化产物 ,取代度可达 0 .6 5。
Rapid O-benzylation of chitosan with benzyl chloride in the presence of aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and phase transfer catalyst as performed and carried under microwave irradiation. The degree of substitution was 0.65.
