摘要
采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定饲料添加剂硫酸锰中的汞含量,研究了测定介质及其浓度、重铬酸钾用量、还原剂用量、共存元素干扰等因素对测定的影响,方法的加标回收率为96%~103%,样品测定相对标准偏差<10%,能满足日常检验的要求.
Mercury spectrometry. The in feed additive manganese sulfate was determined by cold atomic absorption influences of several experimental factors, such as determination medium, concentrations, the amount of K2Cr207, the consumption of reduction reagent SnCl2 and interference of coexisting elements, etc., on the determination were studied. The results obtained under optimum conditions showed that addition recovery is between 96 % - 103 % and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%, which can meet the requirements of daily inspection.
