摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床疗效。方法对56例高血压伴高血脂患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察其治疗效果,并对患者治疗前后的血压、血脂变化以及安全性进行比较分析。结果 56例患者显效38例,有效15例,总有效率为94.65%;治疗后血压、血脂指标明显改善,优于治疗前(P<0.05);但治疗后GPT、BUN、Cr等安全性检测指标与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂临床疗效显著,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and high cholesterol. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with hypertension and high choles- terol were treated with amlodipine besylate combined atorvastatin calcium, the treatment effect was observed and the patient＇s blood pressure before and after treatment, lipid changes and safety were analyzed. Results In 56 patients, there were 38 cases cured, 15 cases effective, the total effective rate was 94.65%, blood pressure, lipid parameters were significantly improved after treatment, and was better than before （P 〈0.05）, but GPT, BUN, Cr and other safety detec- tion index compared before and after treatment had no difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of hypertension associated with high cholesterol has significant clinical effect, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
