摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素α-1b联合匹多莫德对反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选择70例RRTI患儿为RRTI组,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予重组人干扰素α-1b联合匹多莫德治疗,另选择30例健康儿童作为正常对照组,观察各组细胞免疫和体液免疫的变化。结果 RRTI组外周血CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值、INF-γ、IL-4、INF-γ/IL-4、IgA、IgM水平与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后2个月和停药后12个月外周血CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值、INF-γ、IL-4、INF-γ/IL-4、IgA、IgM水平与对照组均有显著性差异,停药12个月IgG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均存在失调,Th1/Th2平衡向Th2漂移,重组人干扰素α-1b联合匹多莫德对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能有调节作用,改善免疫功能,纠正免疫动态平衡漂移,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the impact of recombinant human interferon ot-lb-combined pidotimod on im- mune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI). Methods Selected 70 cases of children with RRTI as RRTI group and they were randomly divided into study group and the control group, the study group treated administration of recombinant human interferon ct-lb combined pidotimod, and the other 30 cases of healthy children were selected as normal control group, observed each group of cells and humoral immune changes. Results RRTI group CD3+T cells, CD4+T cells, CD8+ T cells and CD4+ / CD8+ ratio, INF-γ, IL-4, INF-γ/IL-4, IgA, IgM levels in peripheral blood compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Study group ther- apeutic effect was better than the control group (P〈0.05). Study group after treatment,two months and 12 months CD3+ T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and CD4+ / CD8+ ratio, INF-γ, IL-4, INF-γ / IL-4, IgA, IgM levels in peripheral blood compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The cellular immunity in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections and immune function are present disorder experience,Thl/Th2 balance to Th2 shift,recombinant human interferon ct-lb combined pidotimod on immune function in children with re- current respiratory infections have a moderating role in improving immune function, immune homeostasis correct drift, with significant effect.
