铜陵千米竖井恢复下掘预注浆技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 铜陵冬瓜山千米竖井因突水淹没 ,水深达 80 0m。经采取深水下抛碴注浆封底排水措施后 ,恢复井筒掘进。在掘进过程中存在设备排水能力明显不能满足需要的状况 ,为了将井筒涌水降至最低限度 ,采用工作面预注浆技术防治地下涌水 ,较顺利地完成了剩余 130m水文地质条件较复杂地层井筒的施工。 A 1000m shaft was submerged by underground gushing water at Dongguashan Mine in Tongling and the depth of water came up to 800m.After som e drain measures such as dumping waste rock in deep water and sealed bottom by g routing were performed,the sinking of the shaft was resumed,but in the process o f sinking,the existing drainage capacity failed to meet the requirement obviousl y.In order to minimize the gushing water in the shaft,a pre-grouting technology was used at working face to control underground gushing water,thus being able s moothly to complete the construction work of the rest 130m section of the shaft under more complicated hydrogeological conditions.
