摘要
目的分析乳腺囊肿继发感染患者的治疗情况及预后,为临床诊治工作提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2012年12月-2013年2月69例乳腺囊肿继发感染患者的临床资料,分别根据治疗方案分为中药组、西药组,治疗开始时间进行分为发病<48h组,发病≥48h组,观察患者的预后。结果治疗总有效率中药组患者79.5%、西药组患者96.7%,两组患者的疗效差异有统计学意义;发病<48h组总有效率为96.9%、明显高于发病≥48h组的78.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上应该根据乳腺囊肿继发感染患者的病情选择适合的治疗方案,及早诊治可以获得更佳的临床预后,值得关注。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the treatment and prognosis of secondary infection in patients with galactocele. so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS The clinical data of 69 cases of patients with galactocele got secondary infection from Dec. 2011 to Sep, 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. who were divided into different groups according to the treatment plan （TCM group and Western medicine group） and treatment started timer onset-Cd Sh group. onset 〉 48h group）. and the patient＇s prognosis were observed. RESULTS The total effective rate of TCM group was 79. 5%. while Western medicine group 96.7%. and the differences betreen two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of onset 〈48h was 96. 9%. which significantly higher than 78.4% of onset, 48h group. and the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Appropriate treatment should be select on the basis of the condition of patients with galactocele got secondary infection. Early diagnosis and treatment can get better clinical prognosis. It is recesslny to pay mort attention.
