摘要
针对某48m泵车第一、二臂架之间的直杆式6铰点连杆机构,取其最不利工况即第一节臂竖直其他臂架均展开至水平状态,采用SolidworksMotion的优化设计模块对直杆式6铰点连杆机构进行优化,以达到变幅油缸受力最小的目的。通过优化,改善了变幅油缸和直杆式6铰点连杆机构的力学性能,为进一步合理设计臂架铰点系统及变幅油缸提供参考。
Aimed at the straight bar 6 hinge point linkage between the first and second boom for a company's 48m boom structure,using the most unfavorable conditions that the first boom is vertical while other boom is unfold to the horizontal state.Using optimization designing module of SolidworksMotion to optimize the straight boom 6 hinge point linkage,so as to achieve the purpose of transformer oil cylinder suffering the smallest force.Through optimization,improved the mechanical properties of transformer oil cylinder and straight bar 6 hinge point linkage,this approach provides a reference for reasonable design of the hinge point system and the transformer oil cylinder.
