摘要
在微型固定床催化反应器上考察了SiO2 及一种深度脱铝Y沸石负载杂多酸及贵金属Pt的双功能催化剂上正庚烷加氢异构化反应性能。结果表明 ,SiO2 为载体的催化剂的活性和异构化产物选择性都不高。而大孔丰富 ,具有B酸性的深度脱铝Y沸石作载体的催化剂在保持 30 %的转化率的同时 ,仍具有 94%的高选择性。
Hydroisomerization of n-heptane over heteropoly acid-containing platinum catalysts supported on SiO 2 or a deeply dealuminated Y zeolite has been investigated with a fixed bed continuous flow microreactor. The very high selectivity for isomerization products with a considerable conversion of n-heptane can be achieved on the catalyst supported on the dealuminated Y zeolite, which exhibits Brnsted acidity and owns plenty of large pores.
