摘要
研究了抗氧化性较好的大孔吸附树脂和大孔阴阳离子交换树脂生产高纯过氧化氢的方法。通过实验选择了D990 4作为脱除有机物的树脂 ,在 8BV/h的流速下 ,总有机碳 (TOC)净化度为 88.7%。通过电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪 (ICP)分析离子含量的变化 ,考察了大孔阴阳离子交换树脂的净化效果。在 8BV/h的流速下 ,ICP检出物总净化率达 98.5 % ,总P去除率大于 99.9% ,可满足电子工业的需要。
Method for manufacting of high purity hydrogen peroxide by using macroporous adsorption resin and macroporous ion exchange resin was investigated. The D9904 resin was chosen to remove organic carbons from crude hydrogen peroxide. Passing the solution through D9904 resin bed under 8 BV/h velocity of flow, the purifying degree of total organic carbon is 88.7%. The purifying effect of macroporous ion exchange resin was determined by inductively coupled plasma quantometer (ICP), and the purifying degree is 98.5%. The degree of removal of total phosphorus is more than 99.9%. So the final product obtained by the process is suitable for use in the electronics industry.
