70%嘧菌·霜脲氰水分散粒剂液相色谱定量分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Azoxystrobin and Cymoxanil in 70% WDG by LC

摘要 建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中嘧菌酯和霜脲氰含量的方法。采用200 mm×4.60 mm(i.d.)SinoChrom ODS-BP柱分离,以乙腈-水(体积比为60:40)为流动相,在225 nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。嘧菌酯与霜脲氰的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和1.0000;变异系数分别为0.39%和O.22%;平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.68%。该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。 The LC method for the determination of azoxystrobin and cymoxanil WDG was estalished. The analysis was conducted with a SinoChrom ODS-BP column and a UV detector at 225 nm, using acetonitrile and water (60:40 by vol) as mobile phase. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of azoxystrobin and cymoxanil were 1.000 0 and 1.000 0. The variation coefficients were 0.39% and 0.22%, the average recoveries were 99.78% and 99.68%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
