摘要
针对目前煤矿用压风机的使用条件 ,在润滑油中加入适量的TP金属抗磨剂 ,并对其进行油质化验、噪音测定、耐磨试验、比功率测定、油耗测定等一系列试验。实验结果表明 ,使用TP金属抗磨剂 ,能有效改善压风机使用条件 ,提高压风机使用性能。
Points at the using condition of pressure fan in coal mine,we put in appropriate amount TP metal anliwear agent in lubricant oil,then do kerogen assay,noise determination,wear resistant experiment,specific power determination,oil consumption determination etc.a series of experiments.Determinating results shows TP metal anliwear agent can efficient improving pressure fan's using condition,raising its using performance
