摘要
目的介绍我国澳门、台湾及香港地区医院实施用药教育的相关举措,以及大陆实施用药教育的状况。方法通过文献检索及查阅相关资料。结果与澳门、台湾及香港地区相比,我国大陆地区公众在医院领取药物时接受的指导和咨询相对欠缺,社会药房也几乎不为公众提供用药教育和咨询。结论总结澳门、香港及台湾地区医院推行用药教育模式,借以探索出一条适合大陆地区的用药教育发展模式。
Objective To introduce the implementation of Patient Medication Education （PME） in Macao, Taiwan and Hong Kong hospitals, as well as the current status of the implementation of PME in China's Mainland. Methods Literature retrieval and relative material were reviewed. Results Compared with Macao, Taiwan and Hong Kong regions, the public in China's Mainland was lack of drug-using guidance and consultation when getting drugs in hospital, and community pharmacies almost provided no education and consultation service to the public. Conclusion The mode of PME in Macao, Taiwan and Hong Kong＇s hospitals was summarized, which is used for exploring a suitable development model for China's Mainland＇s PME.
