摘要
目的为了更科学和有效地进行实验室生物安全管理,对我国生物毒素相关实验室的生物安全管理提出建议参考。方法结合国内外相关管理规定,从风险评估、特殊管制制度、人员管理、设施设备、操作规范、安全保护和应急处理等方面,阐述了对生物毒素实验室生物安全的管理。结果与结论必须考虑生物毒素的特殊性,同时遵守生物安全的基本原则,将有助于做好生物毒素的生物安全工作。
Objective For a more scientific and effective biosafety management in the laboratories, some recommendations were given for the biosafety management of biotoxin in the laboratories in China. Methods Combined with domestic and international regulations, the biosafety management of biotoxin were elaborated from the views of risk assessment, toxin regulations, staff management, facilities, equipment, operating specifications, security and emergency management systems. Result and conclusion Complying with the basic principle of biosafety as well as taking into account the particularity of biotoxin will be helpful for the biosafety management of biotoxin.
