摘要
生物质发电项目是一种绿色新型能源工程项目,对于它的水资源论证目前还没有成熟的经验。对黑龙江省一生物质发电项目取再生水水资源论证进行概述,分析建设项目取、用再生水的合理性,并对取水水源进行水量和水质论证,分析其可靠性及可行性。
Biomass power generation project is a kind of new green energy project, at present there is no sufficiently mature experience for this kind of water resources argumentation. Water resources argumentation of biomass power generation projects in Heilongjiang province was summarized, analyzed the rationality of the construction project for using reclaimed water and its reliability and feasibility of the water quantity.
