摘要
介绍一种以稀土、钒、钛复合变质处理的新型超高锰耐磨铸钢,研究表明该材质在一定的固溶温度、冷却方式、保温时间及时效强化工艺条件下,能获得单一奥氏体基体上弥散分布着均匀、细小的球状碳化物理想金相显微组织,各项力学性能指标优异,可适用于各种高低应力的工况条件。
In this paper, a new wear-resistant cast steel with complex modified super- high manganese and Re-V-Ti is introduced. The test results show that this new material has an ideal microstructure of single austenite covered dispersively with the tiny uniform spherical carbide and the mechanical properties of the steel is superior at a certain solution temperature,with a proper cooling method, within a reasonable preservation time and with a age-strengthening technology. This new material can be applied to wearing conditions with high-low impact load.
