摘要
以装载机工作装置优化设计为例,讨论了如何建立一个可控制的优化设计模型,提出了对优化模型(包括设计目标、变量和约束条件)的控制方法以及对程序运行的控制方法。实际使用结果表明,一个“可控制型”的优化设计系统更受到专业设计人员的欢迎。
Optimum design is an automatic design method. According to the given model the design results are automatically produced. Over the years the sights of the researchers are stressed on how to make the model more rational. But the designers of factories hope to accomplish full control to the model and process of the program and the design results, so that the full play of their specialized experience can be given and the requirements of individualization for the design results can be met. But up to now only a few researches on the above said problem are made. In the paper the optimum design of the operating unit of loader is taken as an example to explain how to create a controllable model. The control methods to the model (including objective functions, variables, design constraints) and process of the program and the design results are brought out. The results of application show a controllable optimum design system to be more favorable for the specialized designer.
