摘要
本文介绍了用光学多道分析器(OSMA),测量磁光晶体的磁圆二向色谱(MCDS),及磁圆振双折射谱(MCBS)的工作,被测磁光晶体是(BiTm)_3-(FeGa)_5O_(12)磁光单晶薄膜。用斯托克斯参数原理测量,测得数据,用Lotus软件包处理。所得结果较为精确,且与目前已有的理论分析符合较好。
The MCDS of magneto-optical crystal is a very tiny effect. Measurement of polarization of light from stoke parameter is a very accurate method, so it can response to this tiny effect. But it requaire to process so much data and make it impossible in practice. Optical Multichannel Analyser is a very powerful instrument can acquire and process a lot of data. We make a measurement of MCDS and MCBS of (BiTm)3(FeGa)5012 by Stoke parameter use OSMA.The result we obtained conform to the theory, that developed by previous contributor.
