摘要
近年来,随着现代生命科技的不断深入研究,斑马鱼因其独特的生物学特性已成为一种重要的脊椎动物模式生物,是国际上应用最为广泛的实验鱼类。但是目前在我国,对实验用鱼仍缺乏标准化的质量控制及监督管理制度。阐述了斑马鱼的主要细菌性疾病及常见病原菌的质量控制,以期为实验用鱼的标准化制定及应用提供一定的参考。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening research of modern life science ＇and technology, zebrafish has become an important vertebrate model organism because of its unique biological properties, which is the most widely used laboratory fish internationally. However, the fish is still lack of standardized quality control, supervision and management system presently in China. The main bacterial diseases of zebrafish and quality control of its common pathogens were elaborated, so as to provide a basis reference for the standardization of the laboratory zebrafish.
