本文报道在细胞生物学上利用光学多道分析仪取代传统的光电探测手段进行细胞荧光的探测以得到有关细胞组成、结构、功能和通讯等方面的信息的工作。一。
A new detection method of cell fluorescence, which substitutes for traditional opto-electronic method, is reported. The information about composition, structure, function and communication of living cells can be obtained by using composited inverted microscope and optical multichannel analyzer(OMA).
