摘要
采用非淹没培养皿法、活体观察法和蛋白银染色法,对甘肃甘南高原沼泽湿地冬季纤毛虫群落特征进行了研究。共鉴定到纤毛虫148种,分别隶属3纲12目35科60属。已鉴定到的物种中,下毛目为优势类群,前口目为次优势类群,袋形目和吸管目为罕见类群。结果表明,甘肃甘南高原沼泽湿地冬季纤毛虫物种丰富,群落组成和营养结构有别于土壤纤毛虫群落,具有独特性。采用物种数、丰度、多样性指数和C/P系数对6个样点纤毛虫群落稳定性和环境状况进行评价,结果表明曼日玛1(MRM1)、曼日玛2(MRM2)、采日玛(CRM)3个样点的纤毛虫群落最稳定、环境状况最好,阿孜(AZ)样点次之,尼玛(NM)和尕海(GH)样点较差,且多个群落参数较单一参数能更好地反映出纤毛虫群落的稳定性及生态环境情况。群落相似性和层次聚类分析结果表明各样点纤毛虫群落构成具有较大的空间异质性。
By using non-flooded Petri dish method, live observation and protargol dyeing, the community characteristics of ciliates in plateau swamp wetland in Gannan, Gansu in winter were studied. A total of 148 ciliate species were identified, which belongs to 60 genera, 35 families, 12 orders and 3 classes. Among these species, Hypotfiehida was the predominant group, Prostomatida was the subdominant group, Bursariomor- phida and Suctorida were the rare groups. The above observation indicated that, during the winter time, the number of ciliate species in the plat- eau swamp wetland in Gannan was high; the community composition and the trophic structure were distinct from the soil ciliate community. More- over, the species number, species abundance, diversity index and C/P Quotient were used to assess the stability of the ciliate community and the environment condition of the sampling sites. According to the analysis, MRM1, MRM2, CRM were the best among the six sampling sites, fol- lowed by AZ. The stability of the ciliate community and the environment condition of NM and GH were not as good as the others. In addition, it was found that the multi-community parameters may be able to reflect the stability of the ciliate community and the environment condition more exactly than the single community parameter. The results of community similarity index and hierarchical cluster analysis indicated there was a high level of spatial heterogeneity of the ciliate community among the six sampling sites.
