子宫腺瘤样瘤超声表现及误诊分析 被引量：6

摘要 腺瘤样瘤（adenomatoid tumor）为少见肿瘤Il】，是好发于生殖系统的良性肿瘤，属于良性问皮瘤（benign mesothelioma）的一个类型在女性通常发生在子宫、输卵管和卵巢，其中发生于子宫的腺瘤样瘤患者临床常无特征性表现，超声检查易误诊为子宫肌瘤或腺肌瘤。子宫腺瘤样瘤由多种组织成分构成，影像及病理学表现较复杂，
