摘要
建立鸡冠花的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠的依据和手段.采用HPLC法测定10批鸡冠花样品的指纹图谱,色谱柱为Dikma C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为260 nm,分析时间90min.建立共有模式,以相关度评价图谱的相似性.10批次鸡冠花样品色谱指纹图谱共有16个共有峰,相似度在0.9以上,不同批次鸡冠花质量相似性较好.该方法可用于鸡冠花质量评价.
HPLC fingerprint of Celosia cristata L .was established to provide a reliable meth-od for the science appraisal and active control its quality .The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Dikma C18 chromatobar column (250 mm ×6 mm, 5 μm), gradient elu-tion with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution , volume flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, under the detection wave length of 257 nm, and record time of 90 min.Data was analyzed to compare the similarity of the samples for identifying the main chromatographic peaks further-more .The chromatographic fingerprint of 10 batches of Celosia cristata L .showed 16 charac-teristic peaks, with the similarity above 0.9.The qualities of Celosia cristata L .in different batches were in a good similarity .The method can be applied to quality of Celosia cristata L .
