摘要
传统反窃电工作开展,需要用电检查人员在单个电费账单分析、得到举报信息等人工处理方式,进行现场检查,工作效率和成效并不高。为提高检查效率,法律数据取证,实时监控等功能设想,研究设计借助供电端和用户端电能信息采集系统,以JAVA EE技术体系,开发与供电公司各信息化平台相集成的深化应用系统。例举系统应用的实际效果和再改进方向。
Traditional guarding against power theft business,carried out by following two steps:1)analyzed each electricity bills or manually dealt with reporting information; 2) on-site inspection and found out conclusion; which leaded to low working efficiency.To improve inspection efficiency,obtain valuable legal evidence,meanwhile to reach real-time monitoring.Under such kind of assumption,developed application systems platform for each subsidiary of State Grid to integrate the information with supplier and user through by JAVA EE technology system.Thereafter,example for the actual result and orientation after system applications.
