摘要
文章分析了影响和谐医患关系的医方主要因素:部分医务人员综合执业素质不高;市场经济负面影响;医方补偿机制不健全;医疗管理体制和运行机制存在缺陷;患者自身心理承受和适应能力不协调;社会环境的负面影响。在此基础上提出对策:加强医疗质量监控;减轻疾病经济负担;转换机制适应市场;建立健全规章制度;加强医德医风建设;切实转变医学模式;开展社区卫生服务;依法治院。另外,政府职能部门应逐步建立和完善医药市场管理机制,努力营造有利于和谐医患关系的社会环境。
Main factors influencing harmonious doctor--patient relationship were analyzed in this article,which included that some medical staff had low comprehensive professional quality, market economy had negative effects, the hospital compensation mechanism was not perfect, medical management system and operational mechanism had defects, some patients own psychological endurance and adaptability were inharmonious and social environment had negative effects. Countermeasures were put forward on the basis of the analysis, which included strengthening medical quality control,reducing the financial burden due to diseases, converting mechanism to adapt to the market, establishing and perfecting rules and regulations, strengthening construction of medical ethics, changing the medical model, developing community health service and administrating hospital according to law. In addition, government functional departments should gradually establish and perfect the management mechanism of medical market,so as to build the social environ- ment conducive to harmonious doctor--patient relationship.
