摘要
介绍了大型通廊钢结构型式、吊装顺序、吊装机具选择及主要吊装措施。通过对德钢1 350m3高炉Z-1上料皮带机通廊吊装进行分析,详细阐述复杂地形条件下,选择不同规格吊装机械对通廊进行分片、分段、整体吊装的施工方法,通过采取措施严格控制通廊支架、桁架从拼装到吊装的每一个环节,确保通廊钢结构安装全过程的安全性。
It was introduced the structure type of large corridor,hoisting order,choice of hoisting appliance and major hoisting measures.By analyzing the hoisting of Z-1 feeding belt conveyer of Degang 1 350 m3 blast furnace,it was elaborated the measures for every link from assembling to hoisting,when carrying out segment erection and overall lifting structure of the corridor,and hoisting machine with different size was chosen.The bracket and truss were controlled strictly under complicated terrain,to ensure the safety of erection.
