摘要
鄂尔多斯某学校体育馆下部为钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖采用倒三角形立体桁架,最大跨度53.4m,最大悬挑10.5m。屋盖网格建立采用桁架上、下弦精确拟合建筑曲面造型,大大减小了檩条次结构拟合建筑曲面的难度;采用3D3S软件建立含下部混凝土结构的整体有限元模型,针对结构主要荷载组合进行分析。结果表明,结构刚度和杆件强度均满足规范要求。此外,还介绍桁架支座的布置和详细构造,可供同类工程参考。
A school gymnasium in Erdos consists of a reinforced concrete frame structure in its lower part and a spatial truss roof of inverted triangle.The truss maximum span is 53.4m,the truss largest cantilevered is 10.5m. Space position of the truss chord is designed precisely to fit the architectural surface modeling,which can reduce the difficulty of fitting architectural surfaces by purlines;3D3S software was used to establish overall finite element model,then the analysis was performed for the main load combinations.The results show that the structural stiffness and strength of bars can meet the code requirements;this paper also introduced the arrangement and detailed structure of the truss bearing.Which provides experience for same sorts of projects.
