新型卷边薄壁钢板组合截面柱的非线性有限元分析 被引量:2

NONLINEAR FEM ANALYSES OF PEC COLUMNS FABRICATED WITH CRIMPING THIN-WALLED BUILT-UP SECTION

摘要 为研究新型卷边钢板组合截面柱(PEC)构件受力性能,采用ABAQUS软件,建立有限元分析模型,对6个PEC柱试验试件进行有限元模拟研究,通过位移-荷载曲线和破坏模态的分析,得出PEC柱腹板厚度、PEC柱构件长细比、PEC柱构件加密区等设计参数对PEC柱受力性能的影响规律。结果表明:翼缘与腹板的厚度决定构件的破坏模态;构件高宽比影响试件的承载能力;加密区间距和长度一定程度上影响构件的整体性。 To study the mechanical performance of PEC columns fabricated with thin-walled built-up section,the FEM software named ABAQUS was adopted to analyze 6 test specimens of PEC columns.By analyzing the loaddisplacement curve and failure mode between specimens and models,the influencing law of flange and web thickness, slenderness ratio of PEC column,tensile steel sheet densified zone length and spacing on the loading-carrying capacity and deformation patterns of PEC column was derived.The result shows that flange and web thickness,slenderness ratio of PEC column,tensile steel sheet densified zone length and spacing effect respectively the failure mode, loading-carrying capacity and the integrity.
