摘要
我们用高分辨率光谱器件与2维OMA结合使用,在自编程序下,以不减小同时谱宽为前题,将分辨率提高到0.1以下。
There is a contradiction between resolution and wavelength coverage in normal OMA.We can enhance the resolution from over 0.12 nm to under 0.01 nra by using a optical accessory and a program designed by us with 2-dimension OMA.
