摘要
美国师资培育认证理事会标准与绩效报告委员会将于2014年1月发布新的师资培育认证标准。新标准的最终目标是使教师能为学生创建有效的学习环境,帮助学生成长为成功、快乐、有价值的美国社会贡献者。作为此次美国师资培育改革的纲领性文件,认证标准的颁布预示着改革的全面启动。新标准中对师资培育的定位,以及内容中体现的科学性、系统性、标准化理念,极具借鉴意义。
The U.S. Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation and Commission on Standards and Performance Reporting have released the next generation of educator preparation accreditation standards in January 2014. Its ultimate goal is to make teachers create effective learning environment to help students grow into successful, happy and pro- ductive contributors to America. As the guiding principle of American teacher preparation reform, the promulgation of the standards indicates a total start of the reform. The new posi- tioning of the teacher education, and the scientific, systematic, standardized concepts re- fleeted in the contents are of great references.
