摘要
2013年金融物流行业变动较大,呈现出总体下滑、国退民进、优化整顿的态势。受宏观经济形势、相关政策及银行和监管企业标准影响,2013年金融物流业务大幅下降,一部分国有大型企业全面退出监管业务,未全面退出的也主动收缩战线,与此同时一部分民营企业趁机进入,承接国有企业退出项目,前两年形成的监管事故演变成诉讼案件;金融物流业务在调整和整顿中发展,许多监管企业收缩战线,清理不安全业务模式,供应链金融物流渐成主流,电商平台融资发展迅猛,互联网金融异军突起;2012年钢贸事件的爆发引发各方关注,围绕金融物流业务开展了许多研究和管理方面的活动与工作,但仍缺乏对事件的研究和总结,以致于人们在思想认识上仍然存在偏差。2014年,金融物流业务将稳步发展,金融物流各方将进一步协调利益,达成共识,合作发展,国家有关部门和行业监管体系将逐步完善,对创新和混业经营、监管和保管责任区分、质物验收等相关问题的研究需进一步加强,在信息体系透明度、法律环境方面需进一步提高。
In 2013, finance logistics industry has been changed greatly, and there has existed the general trend of going down, retreat of the state and advance of the private sector, and optimization and reorganization. Influenced by macro economic situation, related policies and standard of banks and supervision enterprises, in 2013, the turnover of finance logistics declined sharply; some large state-owned enterprises quitted the supervision business or gave up some of their business, while some private enterprises entered this market and took over some projects the state-owned enterprises gave up; some accidents of supervision in past several years evolved to lawsuits; the business of finance logistics developed with adjustment and reorganization, some unsafe business pattern was cleaned up, supply chain finance logistics became the main stream, financing on e-commerce platform developed rapidly and internet finance suddenly rose as a new force; accidents in steel trade in 2012 aroused broad attention, finance logistics related research and management was carried out, but because of the lack of study and summary of related events, there was deviation in our understandings and ideas. In 2014, the finance logistics business will be stably developed; all the parties in finance logistics will further balance their benefit, reach more consensus and realize the cooperative development; related department and industrial supervision system will be gradually improved; research in innovation, mixed operation, different in responsibility of supervision and storage, acceptance check of pledged material and other related issues will be further strengthened; and transparency in information system and legal environment will be further improved.
