摘要
"智慧物流"是一种高水平的物流形态,是将互联网与新一代信息技术和现代管理应用于物流业,实现物流的自动化、可视化、可控化、智能化、信息化、网络化的创新形态,是事关物流领域战略发展的大事。物流业对城镇化具有很大贡献,但城镇化需要的不是粗放、落后的"大"物流,而是现代化、高水平的"智慧物流",只有如此才能支持和促进城镇化,城镇化必须重视智慧物流的发展。为更好地推动物流产业发展,必须致力于消除物流基础设施、物流技术、物流装备、物流管理等方面的制约,改变物流产业落后的状态,抓住信息化契机,利用现代信息技术下大力气打造"智慧物流"。为更好地实践"智慧物流",应当以物流园区为抓手,以城镇间的物流系统、城镇中的快递服务与运行系统、城镇内集中的仓库群和车站等物流节点等为切入点,进行系统思考和全面规划。应当辩证地看待打造"智慧物流"问题,首先,"智慧物流"是一个动态概念与确定模式的辩证;其次,"智慧物流"不仅仅是技术问题,它还是一个系统、综合的概念;其三,"智慧物流"需要具有带头、带动作用的物流行业,但更需要的是普世的"智慧物流";其四,"智慧物流"既是一项发展战略,又是现实的操作。
＂Smart logistics＂ is a kind of certain and high level type of logistics; it applies internet, the new generation IT and modem management to logistics industry to realize an innovative type of logistics in terms of automation, visualization, controlled, intelligence, informationization and networked; the development of ＂smart logistics＂ is of great significance to the strategic development in the filed of logistics. Logistics industry will contribute more to urbanization; but what is needed by urbanization is not the extensive and backward ＂big＂ logistics, but the modem and high level ＂smart logistics＂; only the development of ＂smart logistics＂ can support and promote urbanization; so we should pay more attention to the development of ＂smart logistics＂ in developing urbanization. To better promote the development of logistics industry, we must remove restrictions on logistic infrastructure, logistic equipment and management, change the lagged behind situation in the development of logistics industry, seize the opportunity brought by informationization and take advantage of modem IT to develop ＂smart logistics＂. To better promote the practice of ＂smart logistics＂, we should take logistic parks as the start point, take such logistic nodes as logistic system among cities, the express delivery service and operation system in cities, centralized warehouse group and stations as the entry points to have the systematic thinking and comprehensively design. To dialectically understand and develop ＂smart logistics＂, first, we should understand that ＂smart logistics＂ is the dialectic combination of dynamic concept and pattern with certainty; second, we should understand that ＂smart logistics＂ is not only a technological problem, but also a systematic and comprehensive concept; third, we should understand that logistics industry should play the leading and driving role in the development of ＂smart logistics＂ and what we need most is the universal ＂smart logistics＂; and fourth, we should understand that ＂smart logistics＂ is not only the strategic development, but also the practical operation.
