摘要
本文介绍了一种腔长为360nm的氦氖激光器同时获得611.8,629.3,632.8,635.1,640,1nm五条激光谱线辐射,其中611.8,635.1和640.1nm三条为稳定的单频单模振荡的激光谱线,其频率稳定性优于5×10^(-11)。
In the article is presented simultaneous emission at five Wavelengths of 611.8, 629.3, 632.8, 635.1, 640.1nm and 611.8, 635.1, 640.1nm three laserlinien are stabilized single longitudinal mode and single transversal mode oscillation in 360mm lengths of the resonator, Its stability is better than 5 × 10^(-11).
